Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

For the regular collection, Printful reports an average fulfilment time of 2–5 business days for most products. This is production time, not the total delivery time.

Outlet pieces are shipped directly by LENTO and do not require Printful production.

Shipping time is additional and depends on the destination and shipping method. Estimated delivery includes both production and shipping; these are estimates, not guarantees.

Returns

You have the right to return any order within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unused, unwashed and have all tags attached.

To start a return, email Lento2008123@gmail.com with your order number so we know a package is on its way.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, use the complaint form linked under Complaints in the footer and we will make it right.

Return shipping is paid by the customer. Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
